You can delete your VeriBark account and all associated data at any time. The fastest way is inside the app:

Can't access the app?

Submit this form using the email address associated with your account and we will process the deletion. You can also email us directly at support@veribark.com.

What happens next

• Your account, dog profiles, uploaded media (videos, audio, photos) and analysis results are scheduled for deletion.
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, transaction records), and de-identified, aggregated data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
